GDPR - data protection

Consent to the processing of personal data

If you are a customer, newsletter subscriber or visitor to our website, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. So please familiarise yourself with the data protection, policies and rights you have in relation to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Who is the data controller?

We are PERNER REAL ESTATE s.r.o., company ID: 17079772, with registered office at No. 17, 463 46 Svijany, which operates the website www.pernerlogisticpark.com.

We process your personal data as a controller, i.e. we determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing of this data.

Contact Information

If you wish to contact us during the processing, you can reach us at the phone number +420 720 393 528 or via email: info@pernerlogisticpark.com.

Declaration

We declare that as the controller of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, especially the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, and thus:

  • We will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, primarily legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or granted consent.

  • We fulfill the information obligation under Article 13 GDPR before starting to process personal data.

  • We will enable you to exercise and fulfill your rights according to the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Scope of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

We process personal data for business purposes, mainly for processing and sending offers, contacting you during product delivery, and sending informational messages. We only send newsletters based on your consent. You can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link in each sent email. If you are a customer, we necessarily need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the legal obligation for issuing and recording tax documents.

Cookies

When browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site, and from which page you came to our website. We consider the use of cookies for measuring website traffic and adjusting the website display as our legitimate interest as a controller because we believe that this data can provide us with facts to improve our services.

Cookies for targeting ads will only be processed based on your consent. Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable cookies on your computer.

Security and Protection of Personal Data

We protect your personal data to the maximum possible extent using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Our employees and collaborators have access to your personal data. To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot ensure by our own means, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect the data even better than we can and specialize in processing. It is possible that we may decide to use additional applications or processors in the future to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise that in such a case, we will impose at least the same requirements on the processor for security and quality of processing as we do on ourselves.

Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

All personal data processing will be carried out within the EU.

Your Rights in Relation to Personal Data Protection

You have several rights in connection with personal data protection. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via email: info@lploukov.com. You have the right to information, which is fulfilled by this information page with personal data processing principles. Thanks to the right of access, you can ask us at any time to prove what personal data we process about you and why. If anything changes for you or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change personal data. You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe we are processing illegally but do not want all data deleted, or if you have objected to processing. You can restrict the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, by unsubscribing from a newsletter, you restrict the purpose of processing for sending business messages.)

Right to Data Portability

If you wish to take and transfer your personal data to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - only with the difference that we will provide the information in a machine-readable format.

Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)

Another right you have is the right to erasure (right to be forgotten). We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In such a case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the systems of all partial processors and backups. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and for example, we must keep issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law.

We will inform you by email about the completion of the deletion.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We would be very happy if you first inform us about this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any possible mistakes.

Confidentiality

We assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the end of our contractual relationships with you. Without your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party.

These personal data processing principles are valid from May 30, 2018, and replace the previous Personal Data Protection policy.
