ABOUT US
Location
Perner Logistic Park is located in Central Bohemia, Czech Republic, a strategic location in Central Europe. The park is situated in eastern outskirts of Loukov, between highway D10 and the railway line 070 Prague–Turnov, near the Loukov train station. The railway line is single-track and non-electrified outside the Prague junction. The average altitude of the area is 237 meters above sea level.

The site is accessible via road II/610 and local roads up to the fenced area. A railway siding, currently out of operation, connects the Loukov station to the site. The area consists mainly of paved surfaces within a fenced perimeter.
The logistics park is connected to a service road (DS), which, at the railway crossing over track no. 070, links to a local road. This local road, after approximately 65 meters, merges onto a secondary road II/610.

Historically, a sugar refinery was built in Dařenice, which later became a textile factory producing cotton fabrics. During both world wars, the factory was non-operational. Before nationalization, it employed 140 people. Later, it became known as Pojizerské Cotton Mills.
In 1951, the halls were adapted for truck parts production under AZNP, later LIAZ. Several owners changed after 1989, and today it is owned by Logistics Park Loukov s.r.o. Many unsuitable buildings were demolished.
